Nicole Pearson

Born and raised in Southern California, Nicole Pearson was engaged in the real estate industry from a very young age. As her mother worked for one of the nation's largest homebuilders, Nicole would often ride along on the weekends and after school walking construction sites, visiting sales offices and speaking with realtors. She received her BA in Communication, with an emphasis in Advertising from San Diego State University in 2001. She then went on to work as a real estate assistant, transaction coordinator and loan processor, where quickly learned the ropes of the real estate industry, and decided to get her real estate license. Nicole spent five years working in real estate development for a local builder, and over that time sold over $200 Million in homes. Since her time with the developer she has been doing a combination of traditional, REO and short sale transactions.

Katherine is a San Diego native who graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2006. She majored in Psychology with a minor in Education. After teaching second grade for four years, she decided to pursue her interest in real estate. She has been exposed to real estate from an early age as her family has a real estate development company. She is currently working towards obtaining her real estate license.
